Shipping & Dispatch

Upon order confirmation and availability of stocks, most orders placed before 3 PM IST will be shipped on the same day (excluding Sundays and Public holidays) through our shipping partners. In rare cases, the pickup may get delayed during Public holidays / Bandh / Environmental disturbances.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. Our primary shipping partners are BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC and Shree Maruthi Courier. If your pin code is not serviceable by these partners, we will ship through Indian Speed Post.

To track your order status, we will share the tracking details on your registered email ID once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

RoboRacter offers Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option only for online orders worth β‚Ή499/- and above but below β‚Ή2999/-.

πŸ’° A nominal fee of β‚Ή125/- is charged as processing fee for all COD orders.

πŸ“ COD may not be available in some pin-codes. In such cases, please choose Prepaid and place an order online.

All COD orders are shipped only after a confirmation call to the customer and after the successful delivery of the previous order from the same customer β€” otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled. Please receive calls from 'RoboRacter'. If you do not answer the call, we will notify you about your order cancellation via email.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders worth β‚Ή999/- and above for all states within India, with the exception of deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North East states (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura).

Customers from these regions will be charged a nominal shipping fee. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Cancellation / Returns

A customer must inform about cancellation by raising a support ticket, calling our IVR number +91-7776818395, or via website chat BEFORE the order has been shipped. There will be no cancellation once the product has already been shipped.

If any unexpected inventory shortage or shipping issue arises, we may not be able to ship the product. Your order will be auto-cancelled and the full amount will be refunded to your original source of payment.

πŸ“… Our Return Policy lasts for 7 days from the date of receipt of the consignment.

⚠️ Only defective / damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.

To return a product, raise a ticket on our customer support portal or contact us via website chat with your Order ID. Our tech team will inspect the case, and upon confirmation, the support team will arrange a return. Please ship the product back only in original packing. Once received and verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

Any repair or replacement of defective parts will be charged to the customer if the fault is due to accident, misuse, negligence, or wilful damage.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund / Replacement

Once your return is received and inspected, we shall process the refund within 3–4 working days of approval via UPI/NEFT.

If you haven't received a refund within 3–4 working days, please check with your Credit/Debit Card company or your bank. In case you still are unsure, contact us at roboracterofficial@gmail.com.

🚫 Replacement is not acceptable for Raspberry Pi, Arduino Original, Jetson Nano, BeagleBone, Micro:Bit, and SeeedStudio products.

🚫 Replacement/Return requests will not be entertained for products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

🚫 If the product is not returned in original packing or exceeds the return period, the replacement request will be cancelled.

We make an exception to our return policy for cases such as items ordered in error, change in requirement, or specification mismatch β€” by collecting a nominal processing charge of β‚Ή150/-. Upon receiving and inspecting the item at our warehouse, a complete refund will be made to your original mode of payment. Note: shipping charges and processing charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In cases where a customer places multiple orders for a product with quantity limits, all extra units will be automatically cancelled. The refund will be issued after a 2% deduction as payment gateway fees, or the customer may choose to keep the balance as RoboRacter Credits (no deduction applied).

Warranty

A manufacturer warranty of 1 year is applicable on Raspberry Pi Original boards and Arduino Original products from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include items broken, damaged, or with any physical damage.

Warranty is void if the product is damaged after delivery by accident, natural calamities, mishandling, failure to follow operational instructions, exposure to rain/water/moisture, repaired by unauthorized persons, storage near heat sources or in direct sunlight, or improper safe keeping.

If the warranty is void for the above reasons, the customer will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. In case of any dispute, RoboRacter's decision shall be final and binding.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 days, please first check with your Credit/Debit Card company or bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is made. If you are still unsure, contact us at roboracterofficial@gmail.com.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? +
Modifications after an order is placed are generally not possible. If you need changes, contact support immediately before the order ships. Once the shipment is processed and picked up, address changes cannot be accommodated.
6. Are there any shipping charges for my order? +
RoboRacter offers free shipping on orders worth β‚Ή999 and above across India (excluding J&K and North East states). For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee is charged at checkout based on your location.
7. What should I do if my order is delayed or lost? +
  • Use your tracking details to check the current status with the courier.
  • For lost or excessively delayed shipments, contact RoboRacter support with your order number.
  • Delivery times are dependent on third-party carriers; delays beyond our control are handled case-by-case.
8. How does RoboRacter ensure the safety of shipped items? +
RoboRacter uses trusted courier partners to ensure parcels are handled professionally. All orders are shipped with invoice details. If a package appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact support immediately β€” we aim to arrange replacement deliveries quickly.
9. How do I check the status of my order? +
Log into your account on RoboRacter.com and navigate to the 'My Orders' section for real-time updates. Once dispatched, an email with tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID.
10. When will my order be shipped? +
Orders placed before 3 PM IST on a working day are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be shipped on the next working day. Our team will notify you promptly in case of unexpected delays.
