
The HX710B Air Pressure Sensor Module (0–40kPa) 3.3V–5V is a compact, high-resolution pressure measurement module designed for detecting and measuring low-range air pressure and differential pressure. It combines a pressure-sensing element with the HX710B precision 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), allowing small pressure-related signals to be converted into digital data for processing by a microcontroller.
The module is designed for a nominal pressure range of 0 to 40kPa and operates from a 3.3V to 5V DC power supply. Its integrated pressure port allows connection to a suitable flexible tube, making it useful for air-pressure experiments, pneumatic systems, breath-pressure detection, vacuum monitoring, and indirect liquid-level measurement using hydrostatic air pressure.
The onboard HX710B provides high-resolution digital conversion and communicates through a simple clock-and-data serial interface. Common module specifications list selectable 10 SPS and 80 SPS data output rates, allowing the system to prioritize either stable measurements or faster response according to the application.
With its compact size, low power consumption, high-resolution ADC, and simple digital interface, the module is suitable for Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi Pico, RP2040, PIC, AVR, and other microcontroller-based pressure measurement systems.
