Big DC Motor

SKU: HOKW706SJH
A Big DC motor is a mechanically commutated electric motor powered from direct current (DC). It is of 2000 rpm.  The stator is stationary in space by definition and therefore its current. The current in the rotor is switched by the commutator to also be stationary in space. This is how the relative angle between the stator and rotor magnetic...

FAQ

1. What is a Big DC Motor used for?

A Big DC Motor is used in applications that require high torque and strong mechanical power, such as heavy-duty robotics, industrial prototypes, electric vehicles, and automation systems.

2. What is the working principle of a Big DC Motor?

It works on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When DC power is supplied, a magnetic field is created inside the motor, causing the rotor to rotate and produce mechanical motion.

3. What are the advantages of a Big DC Motor?

Big DC Motors provide high torque, strong load-carrying capacity, durability, and stable performance under continuous operation, making them suitable for demanding applications.

4. Where can a Big DC Motor be used?

It can be used in electric carts, robotic arms, conveyor systems, industrial machinery, heavy DIY projects, and automated mechanical systems.

5. What power supply is required for a Big DC Motor?

Most Big DC Motors operate on higher DC voltages such as 12V, 24V, or more, depending on the motor size and load requirements.

A Big DC motor is a mechanically commutated electric motor powered from direct current (DC). It is of 2000 rpm.  The stator is stationary in space by definition and therefore its current. The current in the rotor is switched by the commutator to also be stationary in space. This is how the relative angle between the stator and rotor magnetic flux is maintained near 90 degrees, which generates the maximum torque.

These DC motors are mainly used in Electronic lock, Optic equipment. Replacement spare part and give your electrical and testing equipment a new lease of life.

Also check Double Shaft Motor. It has two shafts that can be mounted on either side.
