The KY-017 Mercury Tilt Switch Module is a simple orientation and motion detection module that uses a mercury tilt switch to detect changes in position or inclination. When the module is tilted beyond a certain angle, the mercury inside the switch flows and creates an electrical connection, changing the output state.
