Built around the RP2040 chip, it features a fast dual-core processor, ample memory, and Programmable I/O (PIO) technology that enables flexible hardware interfacing. With built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, the Raspberry Pi Pico W supports station mode and access point mode, making it ideal for IoT, automation, and connected device projects. The Pico W is designed to be beginner-friendly.
