The XL4015 Step Down Module is an adjustable step down module based on XL4015 Chip From XLSEMI. It operates at an frequency of 180Khz and can provide up to 5A output current, with high efficiency, less ripple, and good line and load regulations.
Basically its an Step Down Module, so the input voltage must be higher than the expected output. The output voltage can be fixed using the Potentiometer on the module. It has wide input and output voltage range, and also provides high output current, compared to other peers. Apart from this, it also provides the thermal overrun, output short protection, and current limiting. The XL4015 Step Down Module comes with heatsink, for extra heat dissipation.
